Comparative laboratory evaluation of dimensional accuracy for 3D-printed complete maxillary denture

Purpose: The objective of the research was to investigate dimensional accuracy concerning denture teeth deviation and vertical changes for three-dimensional printed, monolithic dentures relative heat-cured, acrylic resin dentures. Materials methods: A waxed-up reference maxillary constructed on an educational master cast, then duplicated produce ten simulated planned virtual designed by subtracting scanned cast from with cast. This considered as a saved alone in 3D- Standard Tessellation Language (STL) format. From this (CAD denture) DLP were fabricated. Each fabricated 3D-printed separately, data STL file. file superimposed evaluate degree deviation. An electronic digital caliper used measure occlusal dimension (OVD) after fabrication both groups change OVD. Results: paired t-test compare recorded between groups.
